PASTOR AARON WITHERS
Elder Aaron Withers is a 4th generation preacher. He travels both nationally and internationally, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. He serves the Church Of God In Christ as an Adjutant Overseer assisting with protocol, ceremonies, and national funerals.
Elder Withers serves in Arkansas First Jurisdiction as an Administrative Aide and Chief Adjutant to Bishop Jewel R. Withers Jr. He was ordained an Elder in the Church Of God In Christ in 2004 by the Late Bishop Leato Thomas Walker, Sr.
He formerly served as Minister of Music, serving two churches for 15 years. In addition, he served the Malvern District as Minister of Music for 12 years.
In 2011, he founded the Open Door Conference, which continues to support individuals’ faith and purpose. Its mission is to “Connect your full potential to your promise and take advantage of your divine opportunity.”
In 2013, He was assigned as the Servant Leader of Tabernacle of Faith Church Of God In Christ in Pine Bluff, AR. In 2014, Bishop Jewel R. Withers appointed Elder Withers as Pastor of the church. He served faithfully, growing the ministry exponentially.
In January 2020, Elder Withers transitioned to a new assignment and was appointed Pastor of First Trinity Church Of God In Christ in Pine Bluff, AR. He succeeded the late, great Saint Dewitt Hill, who served there for more than 60 years. First Trinity is a global church known for its initiatives in community outreach, development, and international impact in foreign missions.
Elder Withers is a graduate of the Historic Philander Smith College Class of 2000. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity (M.Div) at Memphis Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN. He is married to the lovely Alesha Latrece Withers, and they have two beautiful children; Aaron Withers, II, and Avory Lauren Withers.
LADY ALESHA WITHERS
Lady Alesha Withers is committed to God and passionate about ministry. She loves serving people and strives to be a Godly example of a virtuous woman. Her journey in ministry began at a very early age. Throughout her ministry, she has served as youth president, praise dance leader, district youth chair lady, choir member, women's ministry president, praise and worship leader, and media specialist.

In 2016 after adhering to the voice of God, Lady Withers acknowledged her call to ministry. She is a licensed evangelist missionary and shares the gospel of Christ. Lady Withers faithfully serves beside her husband, supporting the vision and covering their ministry and home in prayer.

She holds an Associate of Arts degree from East Arkansas Community College, a Bachelor and Master's Degree in Business Technology from Arkansas State University, and a Specialist Degree in Community College Administration. She is currently employed within the public school system as a Jobs for Arkansas Graduates Program Specialist and serves as a CTE department chair. From her passion for technology, the Lord gave her a vision to start her own business, Classy and Creative Designs by Alesha, LLC, in 2019, where she creates print designs and develops digital content for clients.

She is married to the love of her life, Pastor Aaron Withers. They are the proud parents of two beautiful children, Aaron II and Avory.
